Have questions? We have answers

Yes, Keep Me Certified is an online real estate school fully accredited by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (License: RCE.0555). Our course topics are individually approved for 3 credit-hours each.
Not a problem. Our course was produced in 3 credit-hour segments, so register for a course package or individually, whatever you need
Yes, our system remembers where you left off so if you log out and back in to continue a video that you have not already completed, you can fast forward and rewind within the portion of the video that you have already seen. You can do this by clicking in the video progress bar in the video player.
You will receive one certificate per completed course, not one certificate for all courses. It will be immediately available to download upon completing all modules in a course.
We take many of the same security measures as major online retailers to ensure the security of your credit card number. You will notice that our website is delivered over https which is a secure transfer protocol. We also do not store your credit card number on our servers.
This section contains our most commonly asked questions. If you did not find the answer to your question here, you can always reach out directly to us through our livechat feature located in the bottom right corner of every page.
In the top right corner of every page, click the “login” button. If you see your name in the top right corner of the page, then you are already logged in and should click the "My Courses" button also in the top right corner of the page.
Yes, and also Android devices too. On a mobile device be sure you have a strong internet/data connection.
Just like watching a show on Comcast, Netflix, or Hulu, when something goes wrong refresh the page and you should be all set to continue from where you left off. To refresh on a PC, push Control F5 (the f5 key at the top of your keyboard). Our system will remember where you left off but you can also fast forward back to where you were. On a Mac hit Command R on your keyboard.
Generally this is a "self-healing" process, but if it does not fix itself you can refresh the page and even fast forward back to where you left off. From a pc, the best way to refresh the page is by hitting Control F5 on your keyboard. On a Mac hit Command R. That does a full refresh on your browser. To fast forward, you can click on the "progress" bar that pops up when you hover over the video as it`s playing. If you continue to have trouble send us a livechat in the bottom right corner of our website.
Complete all of the elements in a course topic and you will receive a certificate. Then repeat with whichever course you want to complete next.
Upon completing your continuing education credits, it is your responsibility to renew (or reactivate) your real estate license directly with the state. It is also your responsibility (per CT Regulations) to retain certificates for four years. We submit your credits to PSI, but that has no correlation to your ability to login to the state`s elicense portal to renew your license. The two systems (PSI and elicense) are not connected. For more information, please visit the state DCP website. To access the state`s elicensing portal, click here.
